Our beef enchiladas are a delicious and comforting dish that showcases the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine, making them a favorite for many.  We use homemade ingredients and fresh herbs and spices that make our dishes pop with flavors.

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Remove the plastic wrap, keep the foil on, and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil, add your sauce and cheese, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.  Note: do not need to thaw enchiladas before cooking.

  • Enchilada sauce: Olive Oil ( Fatty Acids, Mainly Oleic Acid, Glycerol) All-Purpose Flour  ( Wheat Flour, Enrichments ) Chili powder (Ground Chili Peppers Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt) Cumin, Oregano, Chicken Stock ( Chicken Bones, Water, Aromatic Vegetables like onion, carrots, celery.
