Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove the plastic wrap, keep the foil on, and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil, add your sauce and cheese, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Note: do not need to thaw enchiladas before cooking.
